The chef will help you discover original and distinct flavors, a subtle mixture of tradition and present day.  Michel Villeminot will know how to captivate you, thanks notably to the magic of spices that he has mastered as a chef!

Enjoy our selection of fresh products from the market in which you will find a choice of appetizer, two main courses and a dessert. Come and judge for yourself !

La Cave : le refuge du Sommelier…From the wine side of our menu, there is good news for the connoisseurs, as all of our wines, with the exception of two, are available by glass or pitcher.

Among the bottles selected by our wine steward you’ll find Saumur Champigny, a wonderful choice with meat dishes, along with the Sancerre red from the vineyards of Christian Salmon, and don’t forget our white wines with the Château Tour Léognan, another impeccable choice!
